Ryder Henderson

Ryder Henderson holds an M.A. in Gender Studies from the University of Leeds for hir dissertation on transgender and gender-variant youth in modern medical discourse. This work inspired Ryder to pursue a career in medicine improving health services for young Intersex and Trans* individuals and ze is currently working towards medical school. Ryder received hir B.A. from Hampshire College after finishing hir thesis on theoretical models for diagramming alternative gender identities and expressions. Ryder also volunteers as a counselor for Camp Arantu’tiq, a summer camp for transgender and gender-variant youth.
