Earline Budd

Earline Budd is a 55 year old transgender woman constantly fighting to make a difference in the lives of transgender women and other members of the LBGTT community. She is one of the founding members and former Executive Director of Transgender Health Empowerment, Inc. founded in 1996. Earline currently is a Treatment Adherence Specialist at Family Medical Counseling Services, Inc. in Washington D.C. She enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge and resources with anyone who calls upon her.
